This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs
how you may use the AI Risk Scanner service
(“Service”). By using the Service, you agree
to comply with this Policy.
Authorized Use
You may use the Service to:

Scan domains that you own or for which you have
explicit written authorization from the domain owner.

Assess your organization's public-facing security
posture using the generated report.

Share reports with security consultants, auditors,
or internal stakeholders for remediation purposes.
Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service to:

Scan unauthorized domains. Do not scan
domains you do not own or control, or for which you
lack written authorization. Unauthorized scanning may
violate computer fraud and abuse laws.

Facilitate attacks. Do not use scan
results to plan, execute, or assist in unauthorized
access, exploitation, or disruption of any system.

Harass or extort. Do not use scan
results to threaten, coerce, or pressure individuals
or organizations.

Resell or redistribute. Do not resell
reports, offer the Service as your own product, or
use it to provide competing security scanning services.

Circumvent rate limits. Do not attempt
to bypass rate limiting, abuse the API, or submit
automated bulk scan requests outside of normal use.

Misrepresent findings. Do not alter
reports or present them as official penetration test
results, compliance certifications, or audit reports.

Submit malicious input. Do not submit
domains, company names, or other fields containing
injection payloads, malware URLs, or content designed
to exploit the Service.
Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this Policy,

We take all reports seriously and will investigate
promptly.
Consequences of Violation
Violations of this Policy may result in:
- Immediate termination of access to the Service
- Forfeiture of any paid scans

Referral to law enforcement where applicable,
particularly for unauthorized scanning or use of
results to facilitate attacks
